**Cypruse** (also known as **onehallyu** and various other names, as he changes his username often) is a player best known for making 1-man buildfag towns on various iterations. He has also been a contracted city planner for [[Ncordo]]/[[Crippo]], such as for the JSDF base in Riyadh on [[31.0]].

He has been around since at least [[11.0]]((https://int-craft.fandom.com/wiki/Philippines_Territory)) and was most recently seen on the latest server, [[38.0]], building a farming town in the USA. He played with the [[Alaskans]] on [[28.0]] and [[29.0]].
