Other planned features, like town buffs and nerfs based on build quality or data centers, were scrapped due to community pushback. Nodes painting was handled by jammy_nutrient, and the map was done by Goaboa/Falklands, updating the Europe + MENA region of Stongduke's Earth map, which was previously used for i34 and i38.
