The community was as active as ever. Voth regularly presupping people in theological debates, Fedward annoying all, Falklands casting random polls for people to vote in. A communal letter to TaP lolcow "Godtm", who was convicted to prison time for shouting racial slurs in a zoom call of predominantly black 2nd graders, was drafted. New channels were made: the Slop trough to house fedward's incessant supply of tiktok slop, and the Crystal realm to house those who were trapped in Crystals for falsely predicting Kamala Harris would win the 2024 US presidential election.

+In the wake of i38, Fedward, a rising star, and long-time moderator and Strykerist Voth, began to feud over initially minor greivances as allies during 38's wars. Consistently annoyed by Fedward's highly aggressive and effective shitposting antics, Voth sperged out and went on several banning sprees under the guise of preserving peace and quality of conversation. Falklands, a strong believer in clemency, would unban them as was Portugoa tradition; but Fedward, his followers, and members of the [[Cyprus]] Group took it personally, and plotted to destroy Voth in i40. With the sudden return of Stryker to /int/craft in full form as leader, LeiteArts10, still apparently salty over losing i34, returned in kind; proving vital to the 'Fedwardist' cause as a shadow leader of sorts. This became The primary conflict of i40 and strongly influenced the geopolitics of the iteration, enveloping even faraway states into it's protracted scope. After the Official N.I.G.G.E.R victory, the defeated Fedwardists, both those banned for espionage or those who left of their own volition, were allowed back into Portugoa and tensions calmed.

+After the relatively middling success of i41-i43, the Portugoa /int/craft Renaissance had subsided in summer of 2025. It saw four iterations, seven major war days, innovations to nodes, and many great memes and memories. In the wake of these servers and in the fallout of Fili's recurring maltreatment of his more officially branded /int/craft discord hub, Portugoa resumed its status as merely the primary "/int/craft hangout" server after the disbanding of the Cabal.
+Tensions arose between the members of various TaP affiliations including Cyprus and the minor faction of Volatile_Gaming, and Falklands stemming over drama which began to boil over in i43. It revolved around the notorious detrans female and later confirmed groomer, IncelChud, who's membership in Portugoa had long been unpopularly maintained by direct decree of Falklands under the prevailing policies of clemency and benevolence, and with the understanding that contraversial figures such as her keep the server active and more interesting. During i43, IncelChud appealed to Falklands to join his jannytown of Goa, which Falklands accepted; this gave birth to a false rumor of the two e-dating. Later that year, as a result of her nefarious grooming deeds finally catching up with her, IncelChud suddenly left Portugoa and deleted all of her accounts which rekindled discussions and shitposting regarding her. This, combined with several fiercely contentious debates between Falklands and the various TaP loyalists about the inferiority of TaP and modded servers in general led to a protracted campaign of shitposting and assaults on Falklands' character which lasted around two months. Falklands' inital attempts to silence the endless shitposting and to kick the worst offenders distressed the rest of Portugoa's neutral members who saw the move as rash and damaging to the health of the community. Tensions slightly died down with the arrival of autumn of that year.
+On October 11th, 2025, after a relatively normal day of chatting, Falklands got into a heated shitflinging match with newfag TudorCms; who for some reason deigned to reveal his extensive and very embarrassing erp history with IncelChud. This spiraled into a war of vicious trash talk and insults that lasted the entire day. TaP loyalists joined in against Falklands later in the evening, and feeling the final straw falling upon his back after months of unjust torment, Falklands disregarded all popular opinion and permanently banned all of the worst actors for ruining the server's quality. This event serves as the only notable example of Falklands overruling his usual policy of clemency and open borders; no one can claim it wasn't without just cause. Expectedly, the quality of the server improved almost overnight.
+So far in 2026 the server has slightly receeded from its average activity in earlier years, but retains daily interactions and regular discussions and debates. Portugoa's golden age has ceetainly come and gone, but it retains its status as the only active pan-/int/man community.
