+**Voth** (in-game as **Publiustullius**) also known as **Vothoid** is a notable high-rank of [[Strykergang|strykergang]]. Having been invited to the metagroup by [[Stryker|stryker123abc]] during i28, Voth rose above the ranks and by several iterations assumed the position of commander to the subgroup. Voth is noted for his skilled strategies and often victorious skirmishes, however has also shared several defeats within his career.

Notably, the nation changed it's name to the //Confederate States of America//. During war, Voth lead the Confederates to battle in Asia as part of a grand coalition supporting the Chinese during the Sino-Japanese war. The war ended in victory for the Chinese and gave way to total Japanese death.

The server soon ended thereafter, with Voth having formed one of the largest nations of i38 (with over 80+ players counted).

+Voth led Kiev in Epochcraft 4. While initially relegated to being a small nation with little impact on server politics, Kiev managed to attract members from a small TAP metagroup known as Swaggang. This allowed for Kiev to pull a decent amount players for war, allowing Kiev to be more assertive. However, group activity died after the first war. Post iteration, Voth christened the new group KA$HGANG, referring to the Metagroup's first iteration in Kashgar. It is unclear if KA$HGANG will ever play again.
