3.0 was an iteration held in May 2015. It was the first server to use the Towny plugin instead of Factions for land claiming and to introduce the flag mechanic to /int/craft, which profoundly revolutionised the server's warfare. It is considered one of the classic early /int/craft iterations due to its remarkable eventfulness and longevity. It marked the first appearance of two of the most prolific and successful meta-groups - the Norse(Northmathr) and the Bronies(Japan), and the birth of their long-standing and bitter rivalry. 3.0 is also notable for the first recorded use of the famous Naked Greeks meme in /int/craft.

Set in 300 BC, early server events mostly revolved around the power struggle in and around the Mediterranean Sea, pitching the Roman Republic against the unlikely alliance of Carthage and Celtiberia. After decisively winning the grace-expiration Punic War, Ghoul-led Carthage made a bid to further expand her power and influence, but subsequently overstretched in an attempt to curb Central European Teutonica and suffered a humiliating defeat and Carthage's second largest town of Jerusalem was sacked. Dissatisfied Jews then sparked the initially unsuccessful Maccabean Revolt. Humbled Carthage fell out with her erstwhile ally of Celtiberia, contributing to its destruction by the Teutonic invasion. Celtiberian refugees founded a new nation of Epirus in Greece and began mounting an anti-Carthaginian coalition to finally succeed and sack the capital of the server's largest nation.

The power vacuum left by Carthage's demise was exploited by the newly ascendant raider group of the Norse who indiscriminately attacked almost every other nation. As Graeco-Roman attempts to curtail the new threat failed, the Norse found their match in distant Japan, launching a series of back-and-forth intercontinental conflicts. Partnered with resurgent neo-Carthage, the Norse challenged the Graeco-Roman-Japanese bloc in the server-ending Global War, that saw the Greek city of Apollonia reduced to floating ruins, Rome badly damaged, Carthage flattened and finished in the climactic Battle of Sapporo in which the Norse emerged victorious.

3.0 was also notorious for egregious abuse of the staff headed by Swiss Dave including favouritism, participation in wars, materiel spawning, combat hacks and using admin privileges to spy on in-game enemies. In one of the last notable acts by the administration, the server was plunged into oblivion by a /nuke command executed by one of the staffers.
