+**Jonathan** is a former major metagroup leader and server janitor. He first joined /int/craft during [[i28]]. He was a nation leader on iterations 28, [[i29|29]], [[i30|30]], [[i31|31]], and [[i34|34]]. He was a janny, and leading assistant to the hosts [[Onions]] and [[Xethyr]], on iterations 30, 31, [[i32|32]], 34, and 38. On all those iterations except the latter, he was also the only person on the server besides the host to have an operator account. He has been a contributor to the [[Wordpress]] and hosts the [[https://uninvolvi.ng/intcraft/maps/|map archive]]. His YouTube channel, "Rakesh Cristoval", was a main source for /int/craft videos on the platform, until it was deleted in 2022.

+Jonathan was invited to play /int/craft from his group on [[related_servers#4craft|4craft]]. Since they ended up not playing, he chose to join the British Empire instead, becoming its leader by default. Viewing the server as "4craft but with historical nations", a concept even more appealing to him than 4craft itself, and being especially interested in the 1870s Americas theme, he devoted himself heavily to the server during the pre-launch. He aggressively positioned Britain as a major power, in opposition to the dominant United States and Deseret Mormons, building an alliance of nations to that end.
+Since he wasn't present on the server's first day, the initial in-game leadership, and mayorship of the capital, St. John's, was delegated to his second-in-command, [[Itsame]]. Croatia was victorious in the Battle of Monkeydonia, the Siege of Zagreb, and the Battle of Sicily. He helped the Romanians in the Second Battle of Skopje. In war, he participated in the first part of the [[Six-Hour War]], betraying Kuwait by not fighting against Syria. When Kuwait invaded Iraq, he fought them and the USA to a draw in the east, with help from allies. The iteration blackpilled him on /int/craft politics and he desired to take a less-invested approach for future iterations.

He fought alongside [[Onions]] in the defense of Italy and Rome, with the Netherlands in the Dutch-Norwegian War, and for Ireland in the Irish Wars.

+After i32, he intended to retire from /int/craft, but was roped back in by his friend [[Xeth]] for [[World War 1]]. Jonathan played a major part in helping with the development of the server, including with the making of the map and Nodes map. In-game, he returned to leadership, once again with his group as the British Empire. Although his diplomacy was initially poor (Britain became diplomatically isolated during the Africa struggle), the British emerged victorious in their wars against Serbia, the Ottomans, Spain, and Persia. After i34, he disbanded his metagroup and withdrew from being an influential person.

+Jonathan was initially uninterested in playing [[World War 2]], but gave in to again help Xeth with development in the week before launch. During the server, he led a solo town in Albania, but then joined [[Falklands]]' town of [[portugal_ww2|Lisboa]] since he was impressed with the Portuguese architecture and ethos. As part of Portugal, he fought in their campaigns against France, Germany, and others. According to server statistics, he held the #1 rank for chunks captured, by a powergap.
