Andalusia was a small Iberian nation in iteration 32 led by Testblocks. The nation was formed as an act of secession following a dispute between him and PhantomGuy, mainly due to the latter’s incompetence as the leader of Spain. Although server jannies took notice of Phantom’s chimping, they refused to relent and allowed Andalusia to exist. Thanks, Onions.
The Conch Republic was the successor state to Andalusia, created in the New World shortly after the server’s first war weekend.
History
Author’s note: Most in-game footage and screenshots of the wars in Spain and Maine have been lost. The few known YouTube channels that did capture chat logs or war footage (SpookyBone and Rakesh Cristoval) either removed all their videos or had their channel terminated.
Domsquad’s humble beginnings on /int/craft can be traced back to a comfy town named Sevilla. This town was originally part of Spain, led by the infamous PhantomGuy. Sevilla was created and led by Thog, who was introduced to /int/craft through Phantom as “some random he picked up from EarthMC”.
Not even after the server’s first week, Thog grew weary of Phantom’s pisspoor diplomacy skills and the constant begging for nation permissions in Sevilla. He soon made the wise decision to secede from Spain and create the separate nation of Andalusia, bringing his friends to bolster the new nation’s size and form the original Domsquad. Phantom threw a shitfit to the server admins, demanding that they either forcefully reintegrate Sevilla or reprimand Thog despite his reasonable actions. Naturally, none of this happened and Andalusia was allowed to exist.
As the week progressed, Andalusia made quick enemies with Spain and their ally Morocco, being sandwiched in an awkward position between the two. Morocco was led by WoopWooper, who, while sympathetic to Phantom’s plight, mainly drew ire from Thog because he built a dirt staircase across the Strait of Gibraltar. It was just a prank, bro! The camera was right there!
Conch Republic
After emerging victorious from a chaotic first war weekend against Spain and its ally Morocco with help from Portuguese reinforcements and nearby pirates, the Andalusians bid farewell to their ancestral homeland and established a new nation in Florida. They buildfagged the town of Santo Constantino and created the Conch Republic. The Floridian nation, while larger and more buildfaggier than its predecessor, was left mostly undisturbed by the rest of the server's geopolitics. At least we have the distinction of the best newfag town on the map.
The Conch Republic concluded the iteration with a long-winded war against the successor state of the defeated Moroccans in Maine, and annexing some guys in New Jersey to briefly create the United States.
