Ncordo, later known as Kipse is a former major metagroup leader.

It is estimated he learned of /int/craft from 4chab, and began as a member of Germany in 16.0. He would typically play as Japan, or the closest thing to it. He was notorious for his unusual charisma, erratic behavior, aggressiveness, and unique building style. While most of his nations would collapse, he left behind some of /int/craft's most beautiful towns.

Once Germany fell in 16.0, he created the refugee town of 'Neo Tokyo' in ….Götland shortly before the server's conclusion.

Created Japan for the 2nd(?) time based on the island of Shikoku. Would go on to greatly expand his town and faction, forming the foundations of his Metagroup for years to come. Shikoku would eventually be admin abused into oblivion, and ncordo would relocate to many locations until resettling on the falklands, where he and his refugees constructed an earthen “Christ the Redeemer” with a gigantic dirt cock.

Led Japan for a second time for the short lifespan of the server.

Joined Falklands in Wroclaw.

Created Japan with his now burgeoning metagroup. Japan for a time would be one of the server's great powers. Tokyo was the server's greatest city, and the group had expanded to the point where a second town was made in Kyoto under Gamechild.

This was the first iteration where ncordo had real competition however, as 20.0 saw the return of many old metagroups. ncordo's care-free confidence often towed the line of arrogance, and his style of shitposting has always been polarizing to many. This caused great friction between not only these returning veteran groups, but also on the home islands as well.

Tensions had been rising between the leaders of Kyoto and Tokyo leading up to the end of grace. Conflict finally broke out once war was enabled, resulting in a victorious but weakened Tokyo. ncordo, confident from his victory, would set his sights on the Qing, a newfag group led by Mordereth that was alligned with the far-off German Empire. German Kaiser Stryker had grown tired of ncordo's antics, and successfully invaded Tokyo late at night a few days into Grace. ncordo would besiege Berlin in retaliation with what little materials he had in his inventory with a few Japanese remnants, to no avail.

Created Norway, based in Bergen. Had a short war with Switzerland.

Created Japan two weeks into the server's lifespan. Launched an extremely aggressive memeraiding campaign on the entire server. Ultimately was banned along with his entire town for breaking a minor war rule against the town of Samarkand, which was home to many Norse Jannies at the time.

Probably made Japan, but not much is known.

Created Japan once again. Saw early pre-grace success due to his aggressive memeraiding against the USA, led by the ineffectual DonTrump, and incorporated many American towns into his expanding empire. Tokyo was again one of the server's most beautiful towns.

Ncordo would join the Grand Coalition, and aided in the battles of Paris, Stuttgart, Madrid, and even attempted several invasions of Italy as well. On the second weekend of war however, Ncordo's lax restrictions on building would come to haunt him as the Italians would successfully capture Tokyo by attacking from the foundations of a gigantic mega project in the towns east which served as a pre-made FoB.

Ncordo and some Japanese refugees continued the fight and joined baghdad, but to no avail.
